• If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Eastern Importers please contact us within seven working days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. The seven day period commences on the day after you take receipt of any goods. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation.
• If goods are unwanted please cancel the order and return any unwanted goods within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. If the goods are not returned within 14 days Eastern Importers will collect them and deduct the cost of collection from any refund given. A refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation.
• Any faulty goods will be collected at no cost to the customer.
  
• The above contracts do not affect your statutory rights.
• We will respond to any grievance you may have within two working days.
